day staff are very friendly and approachable ...... night team not so friendly and not so welcoming.... they would rather chat amongst themselves rather than say hello or good evening or that ... but John on reception day time is a really lovely guy and a credit to the hotel..... the main man of a night time needs to take some pointers off him .... his customer service is not good I'd struggle to give the night guy 1 star ...
