Great staff, friendly and helpful. Good food and a comfortable room.
Fantastic staff and they were all so pleasant and chatty. They could not do enough to ensure you have a good experience. The only little niggle is that there isn't much of an atmospher in the bar area. However, staff very chatty so that makes s difference. Rooms modern, quite big and very clean. We have stayed 3 times and will return. We even practised our Spanish with a charming young man from Barcelona.
This is a hotel that could be wonderful and in its heyday (1966) probably was, however the rooms look dated, and so does the rest of the decor in all the other rooms. The waitress at breakfast was officious and curt and not at all helpful. The only positive was the receptionist when both myself and colleague checked in - Fiona. She greeted us both with a warm smile and helpful attitude.
fair enough for a 3 hotel, situated in a quiet location with adequate parking.food @ breakfast is ok (on par with 'premier inns').bed was comfortable.our ground floor room had been refurbished.(the rooms upstairs were a different story).overall, I'd say the 3's they have @ 'homestead court hotel' is a fair reflection of a hotel which meets the needs of travellers & businesspeople.
We had family visiting who stayed here. Hotel and rooms very clean. Friendly staff who go above and beyond. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Food was delicious!
