Shocking!!My wife was offered a price on her old vehicle on line, after the guy looked around the car and after putting info into his computer he offered us a price less than half of the initial offer.The reason - the bodywork wasn't perfect? It's more than 10 years old but has no noticeable scratches and absolutely no dents at all. Scandalous, can't believe that in 2019 daylight robbery is still legal.....Almost impossible to find too as zero signage.
Poorly sign-posted; in fact it is not sign-posted at all. We arrived on time and they kept us waiting. I am still waiting to be seen but appreciate that they will offer less than the online quote. Avoid if you don't want a parking fine. Website says free parking outside however a week later and I receive a 100 parking fine in the post. I was there less than 45mins! If you don't want to lose 10% of your car value to these crooks then visit another branch. WBAC were fine on the day but this fine for nothing just ruins the whole experience.
My girlfriend was given a parking fine asd we were not told by we buy any car to sign into the building. we buy any car refused to help us despite telling us they where in the wrong. DO NOT USE very unhelpful.
