Myself and my family have purchased 2 cars from country car sales Ltd and from start to finish the process has been a pleasure, the guys are true gents giving you the space and time to make decisions but always being on hand if needed, in most cases you can have a test drive. The business and cars are all displayed immaculately, I believe all of the cars come with a 12 month AA breakdown recovery and a 15 month WMS warranty. 8 months after buying one of the cars we had a problem with a diesel fuel pump, 99% of garages would have said your on your own but Simon and the team stepped up and helped write to the warranty company who then paid for almost all of the work to be completed. I have so much respect for these guys and I have no hesitation in reccomending them to anyone. If your thinking about buying a second hand car from anyone, let it be these guys!
Brought a red yaris 15 reg car for my wife. Spoke to Simon one of the owners who arranged a test drive for us. They let us drive the car around without any pressure. They didn't even come with us on the test drive which I thought was very nice gesture once we finished the test drive brought the car back to the office. Simon asked us how we felt about the car we told him we wanted it. He gave us part exchange for our car told us the car would be valeted serviced and taxed which it was. The guys were friendly and made us feel welcome. There was no hard sales tactic like other places. He was honest with us which was nice. Gave us a 15 month warranty and told us what is included In the warranty and what isn't. He and his colleague made us feel welcome and told us if there was any problem we were free to contact them. Overall it was a wonderful experience to deal with them worth visiting there showroom because they have cars for all budgets.
What a really nice kind guy that owns this place, i visited with a friend who was buying, very friendly and trustworthy, all of his stock is looked after and serviced well. Treated us with a lot of respect. I will bare this in mind for my next car purchase.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They are the worse Car Sales people. Simon collected my deposit with the promise to refund it if the sale didn't go ahead. They didn't honour their promise of fixing all faults on the car before purchase, yet they refused to refund my deposit when I pulled out of the sale. Dodgy people!!
Excellent all round. Sales package included 15-month warranty and breakdown cover, which gave comfort and peace of mind. Service and staff also excellent - relaxed, friendly and could not do enough to assist. Saw a few cars of the same model but bought from them in large part owing to the service provided. If you are going to (possibly) have to deal with a company for 15 months, you want that interaction to be as good as this.
