I experienced a good service with premier motors in purchasing a low mileage used car. I was not pressurised by salesperson on my initial visit but found them friendly and informative when approached. Prices were competitive and when I did choose my car the 300 deposit lasted a week where the car was reserved and could not be sold to other interested parties. In my case I did purchase a car but on the previous day of collection I changed my mind for a later model. There was no problem in the exchange and the documentation with the subsequent test drive and collection being dealt with efficiently by Anthony . More than enough fuel to get me 50 miles home.
Good and prompt service by Anthony at premier motors. Explained history of car as one owner with full service history including last service by Premier motors before I take delivery of the car . Took me through finance and warranty options. Gave good information about the car during test drive. Would recommend the Dealership and the Salesman.

Great company, excellent customer service! Purchased an Audi A5 about a month ago, car was cleaned as I signed all paperwork. Slight issue after about a month, started experiencing problems with the heating not working, emailed Alex in sales, and immediately had a repair booked in! Took my car back in and within a few hours they'd repaired the issue! Every member of staff was polite and helpful, would highly recommend!
Very good sales and after sales team. There were a couple of potential problems With my newly purchased car which were addressed quickly and politely. A bit of a mix up when I went collect the car but will still give you 5 stars. Would definitely buy from them again.
