Absolute shambles of a company got a car a month ago 2 days later the engine completely shuts down l. They had the car for 2 weeks to supposedly fix the issues and got the car back 2 days later exact same thing happend when I go to get a refund as the car is not fit for purpose and has left me stranded 2 times in a month the idiot at the garage got in my face very aggressively as he stated the car had new kurb mark on the wheels so he would not refund not that he'd take the price of a wheel refurb 80 quid of the refund. Baring in mind I have pictures from when I first got the car all 4 wheels were heavily kurbed cracked rear light cluster and dents and other age related Mark's around the car which is to be expected for the age and mileage on the vechile it's clear he had no intention of refunding the car and the fact he made me feel threatened and scared is outrageous. Trading standards have been informed and I will be going to court as I have proof of everything.
