It's a car park. Difficult to add much to this really. The roof top pool and cocktail bar would be worth the climb but unfortunately they only exist in my imagination. But, the car park is handy for getting into M&S.
The most ridiculously designed car park I have ever come across. The problem is that the spaces are divided in to sections of three with each if the outer spaces of 3 being bounded by a concrete post. In effect this means that EVERYBODY parks in the middle space while the poor late comers are forced to negotiate in to one of the other side spaces with little room to manoeuvre. Even if you can do it the concrete post will prevent you opening either the driver or passenger door. They claim a capacity of over 600, more like 200 given the posts.Stupid, stupid, stupid design. Reduce the 3 spaces to 2 and allow people to park sensibly.
