Immaginatively name car park. It would be funny if it wasn't the car park West of the Campus, but there you have it. Perhaps a naming competition is in order... Anyway, the spaces are exquisitely marked. And what's not to like about ANPR. All very modern.
One of a set of carparks located in Welwyn Garden City that operate park and pay schemes (either directly after returning to your car, at one of the paypoints, or through mobile park or by paying online)The carpark itself is spacious, has good space marking and is well lit in the evenings which is plus if you have seen a showing at the nearby cine plex. The paypoints are well maintained (I've not seen one out of order for a few years) and the parking costs are reasonable. Entry and exit is a breeze on foot and and car as there are two exits to the campus / town centre and there are two entry and exit lanes to the carpark.There maybe cheaper parking alternatives in the town centre but this carpark is recommend for its ease of use and lack of issues experienced over the last few years
Plenty of space to park. Struggled with payment on line though
Uses number plate recognition which works quiet well. The machines to pay can be a little annoying sometimes. The car park itswld is nice now it's been resurfaced. Not expensive.
