So happy I found this garage. Got a reasonably priced MOT for my MINI, no nasty surprises. On an 11 year old vehicle, was only given an advisory for a small future job.Lovely reception area. Was given a coffee and had a great chat with Martin at reception. Offered information on the MINI owners' community and discounts on future services on my car. Even the bathroom was beautiful, with designer perfumes and hand lotion, like being in a restaurant!They also offer a lift to home or nearby areas if needed. Will definitely be returning and recommending to other drivers.
I took my mini to Mini Specialist Stevenage who diagnosed the same as these guys, however the cost was so much cheaper for the same repair. Most impressed with the service and speed of repair.
My Mini's brake pads needed replacing, as I was going a long drive. Though Minitech were fully booked, they managed to squeeze me in at short notice. The job was completed promptly and efficiently. Big thanks to Ian and the team!
