A simple full service here resulted in a complete Engine replacement and gearbox on my Audi RS6 at the cost of 14,756!!!! This was because the wrong Engine Oil was put in my car by the garage (how can an established garage make this mistake) If this wasn't bad enough they didn't refund the cost of (there mistake) only a pathetic excuse and an apology of which meant nothing considering the financial damage this has caused myself and my family.
I recommend this Autocentre for honesty, integrity and just for being such nice peopleI recently bought a fatally flawed vw van where everything was wrong. I was desperate to get it fixed. After visits to other garages, Mark and his people had a look and a chat with Mark and I returned to sanity. I will try to return the the van to a very - less said the better - person.You can trust these people.
