Very warm and welcoming, the staff were very friendly. I had slow cooked rib of beef and the meat was really delicious and almost melted in my mouth, the mashed potatoes with horse radish and vegetables were very tasty along with the gravy. I'd thoroughly recommend the Plume of Feathers to anyone.
Just cannot recommend this place highly enough. The fact they are booked out for Christmas year on year so early on speaks volumes. Gorgeous food with super friendly helpful staff, some of whom I've personally known many years and love you dearly xxx
Improved since last visit a few years ago, service could be a bit quicker.Had to wait a while before we were asked if we would like a drink.Most places that is the 1st thing they ask while seating you.
Loved it. Very cosy pub with fire crackling. Dog friendly and generally staff were great and helpful. Food was fine - good standard pub food. Service was fairly quick for Saturday lunch. All the right vibes in this pub.
Really nice pub. Spent a few hours here with friends and it's cut above other pubs. Food was great, very well priced and served quickly. The staff were super friendly and were happy to cater for all our quirks!If the weather is good, the garden is delightful and the views to die for.Will visit again with doubt.
