The best gym I've ever been to. The guy behind the counter is a legend!! And the level of equipment is absolutely amazing.
Very condensed/cluttered/crowed gym with painful small changing areas. That's the bad part but, you have a great selection of free weights &, machines. Unusually, there a good-hearted mix of devout bodybuilders with newbies. On the whole, I would give establishment the thumbs up if you need to get fit!
Decent gym for all. Could do with more punch bags for cardio workout but away from the other classes as you cannot work out same time as them. But would always recommend it to friends and price is not expensive.
First Impressions from my joining visit on Tuesday. This is just the place I could see the young muscular Arnold Schwarzenegger training in; wall to wall muscle. Atmosphere is second to none. Has a 90's London feel; this is a place where future champions will be born. The wall art is iconic; I can't compare this to any other gym, as there is no other gym like it! Norton is Hertfordshire's Premier Strength & Fitness gym.It is Absolutely Awesome.My personal score is 10/10.
This gym is amazing. it has become part of my life. cannot fault this place.Equipment is superb. Been to many gyms. It doesn't get better than this place. People that work there are also fantastic. friendly, smiley and helpful. If your serious about working out and getting the result you want, you need to get on down there !
