I can't recommend these guys enough. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Dan, Adam and Roger online and in-store. Absolutley exceptional and amazing customer service. I was even given a lift back to the station which is above and beyond the call of duty. By far and away my best expirence demoing and buying speakers.There was no sales pressure or drivel. Just considerate, well-informed and knowledgable advice regarding my needs, upgrade process and options.I was offered a great trade-in deal for a set of new speakers, and the expirence was fantastic throughout. I would 100% recommend giving them a visit, definitely worth the journey. They have very nice dedicated treated listening rooms, and alot of great gear for different budgets. Nintronics were an absoute pleasure to deal with, I'll be dealing with them for all my hifi in the future.5 stars.

After having bought an SVS SB16 Ultra over the phone .... With superb advice.... It did however develop a fault shortly after delivery,there was no trouble whatsoever getting it sorted satisfactorily, so far so smooth, that was over a year ago now... I have since, also had custom lengths of QED Genesis silver spiral loudspeaker cable made up, now this cable is an utter b1tch to terminate! ..... But it was done quickly and professionally, a really tidy job... Again so far so smooth..... Next up I requested a Parasound Halo JC5 power amp and arranged to collect it, the unit was carried out to my car with no fuss and respectfully placed into my boot..... What can I say other than these guys project confidence in what they do, conduct themselves as consummate professionals..... I was given a friendly tour around the whole of the new facility, the conversation was polite, educational and what's left to be said really..... The whole operation is smooth....highly likely that Nintronics will gain my future custom.
