I chose to take my business away from the Attimore a long time ago. Only seem interested in making money, rather than provide the right level of service and care. I will never go back there. As for the Healthy Pet Club, well Im not even going to into what a scam that really is, suffice to say dont bother, with either.
Great place. Friendly staff and genuine care for all the animals. I have been with them for 2 years and never had any problems with my 2 going there. They also do Healthy Pet Club here which for a monthly payment covers your pets for all vaccinations, health checks , flea and worm treatments and a percentage off products!
Sadly, the first and only experience I have had with this vets was when our family dog sadly had to leave us. The vet dealing with us was kind and compassionate, giving us more than enough time to deal with the situation. We're very glad we was fortunate enough to have a good experience, and would recommend this service again
Very caring, empathetic and loving vets - not only to the animals they helped but to the owners. I sadly had to put my dog Sammy down, but vet Andrea gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to him, and was very responsive when we had any concerns about the anaesthetics/sedatives. Most touching of all though, and which I am most grateful for - other than him taking care of Sammy in the best way possible and giving him the nicest possible end - is Andrea's kindness towards me following the euthanasia. After it happened, I had several doubts and fears that I had made the wrong decision, and about 20 questions running through my mind. When I called the hospital to ask if I could possibly arrange a phone call with Andrea to ask him some of my questions, he was more than happy to help - and revealed that he had experienced a very similar thing to me, which made me feel very reassured and understood. Despite me calling 3 times in total to make sure I fully understood the situation, in turn allowing me to move on from the situation, Andrea always answered in detail and helped me understand what I needed to - often adding "If you have any more questions, just call the hospital again and I will speak to you again when I am free". This was a great comfort to me, as the last thing I wanted to be was a burden on the very busy staff, or a nuisance at any level. This added support from Andrea has really helped me to come to terms with the decision that my family and I made for Sammy, and I cannot thank Andrea enough for the time he put aside to grant me this relief. Thank you very much, Andrea and the whole Attimore team, for making this heart-breaking situation a little more bearable. I recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone facing a difficult decision or situation regarding their pet, as well as for any other veterinary treatments.
The staff here are always so kind and helpful. The vets treat the humans with respect and the animals with expert, caring knowledge. We have used their services for nearly 40 years
