There are a few members of staff that are always happy to help (Jackie being the one that stands out and never fails to go above and beyond).
The staff on the ticket barriers provided us with conflicting information about the use of my ticket, contrary with regards to what the ticket office staff said. The barriers can even be bypassed altogether by using the lift, rendering their purpose questionable at the least. Stopper and semi-fast trains are available here but expect trains to be crowded or short formed. Especially the semi-fast ones.
Small station but clean and tidy; very convenient for nearby cafes as is directly connected to the shopping centre. If you have a long wait, eating/drinking isn't a problem here. Staff members seem very helpful. Not sure about parking, I think there is a decent option also connected.
Great and convenient train station linking all the local stations and Cambridge and London. Clean and dependable.
