Surprised at the amount of 5 star reviews, wont be surprised if they paid for them. Anyway I was with Belvoir last year and they are honestly the worst for students. My experience with Belvoir was stressful from start to end. An example of many was the fact that they advised me that my mum had failed the credit check (she didnt) so made me pay admin fees twice, equating to 400. I got the 200 back but this was very stressful. One of many examples of the level of stress that was created. Their staff are very rude (Julie), clueless and of no help. All the students I know that have been with Belvoir have never had anything good to say. You literally have to beg them to help. The only staff member who has sense and is helpful is Superna from finance. Id reccomend avoiding at all costs. And tbh stay on campus or try private landlords cause these estate agents are all terrible including moving places and strats (Belvoir is the worst).

Michelle is an amazing agent , she came yesterday for my annual property visit and we have a nice chat while she was doing her job.All members of the team are nice and friendly and they always promptly reply to your emails , they acting fast if you need help with anything to do with property.Highly recommend it!!!

An absolutely first class team that look after my property as if it were their own. Not once, in almost 20 years, have they ever dropped the ball. Very good tenant searches, excellent support from signing the detailed contract that looks after both tenant, landlord and managing agent, and clear, concise communication at all times. There is no one better.
