Pharmacy has expanded so why is the service now slower than it was before?? Not good....
Awful! They are shambolic. The prescriptions are rarely ready or are incorrect. Check everything they do from making sure the prescription is correct to ensuring they haven't incorrectly put the prescription through as expempt, although charging you, resulting in a penatly charge notice. I will be using Lloyds from now on.
I think they staff are actively trying to kill all customers, unorganized, slow and they lie to you. Go to Lloyd's
Absolutely useless, waited 10 days and counting now for a prescription!! Comms is a joke, cannot believe a word they say! Have been dispensed lethal drugs in error, use at your own risk!!!!
I am surprised by the earlier reviews! This used to be a wonderful pharmacy but has gone from bad to worse in recent months. It is completely chaotic, the Sunday staff are rude, surly and completely uncommunicative. No one seems to know what they are doing. They can't find anything and keep you waiting for ages without giving any reason as to why. I am voting with my feet and for the first time since joining the practice 20 years ago, will be going across the road to Lloyds.
