The locksmith arrived at my house just 15 minutes after I (stupidly!) pulled the front door shut with a key still on the inside! (This meant I couldn't get my own key in to unlock it again). He got the door open very quickly, with no damage whatsoever to either the door or the lock. At my own request, he supplied and fitted a new cylinder lock, which has an internal 'thumb-wheel'. As no key is now needed to lock the door from the inside - I know I won't end up in this situation again. The replacement lock is a better ''anti-snap" design, and so is also more secure than the original. It came with 3 keys, and he kindly cut a 4th key for me at no extra cost. The price for the whole job was extremely reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest "old-school" service. I couldn't be happier.

Had a key wedged in a motorcycle ignition. Spent several hours with AA trying to remove it with no success. Jon came round and within 30 minutes had solved the problem for me. I thought I was in for a new ignition cost but was thankfully was rescued. Really nice guy, very reasonable (if not cheap) for the service. Would be happy to use this firm again and will be recommending Jon to whoever will listen. Many thanks.
