This was a waste of money building this New QE11 Hospitial and I was born at the old QE11 in 1983 and my mother was born there in 1964. It was a shame to see the old hospital go and to be replaced with a 24hr doctors surgery,Well that's what it pretty much is as I've been in there and you have people going in with colds and that. It's makes me laugh urgent care centre when they keep you sitting there 2 hours and then tell you to go to lister hospital as they can't do anything there as don't have equipment. What a joke and Nick Carver C.E.O And Grant Shapps Conservative MP should be ashamed of themselves as this place is a joke. I've been waiting 2 hours for blood test aswell not good service at all I went to doctors to have my blood test in end and I was in and out within 15mins that's a big difference from 2 hours at New QE11. The place is under staffed and should be called a GPs Surgery as one of the Doctors in there that see me even said it's a glorified doctors surgery basically and they have limited equipment. Lister Hospital is so busy you want longer there and because the closet of this hospital to urgent care centre now means the Doctors,Nurses and all the Staff at Lister Hospitial are run of there Feet and mistakes are getting made and some people have even died. Nick Carver I hope you are happy with yourself for making this decision to build houses and build a urgent care centre. The houses were meant to be for nurses and Hospitial staff I was told on affordable housing but to expensive for most of them so just been sold to people with money and not a penny of that has gone back Into improving the poor NHS TRUST THAT YOU ARE RUNNING INTO THE GROUND Mr Nick Carver!!!!!!

Some miserable people working here. Cheer up guys - its supposed to be a rewarding job caring for people.

Always helpful staff, yes sometimes there is a long wait, but it's free and the service from all the staff is ,in my experience, professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I went for an x ray and more recently a scan where they subsequently referred me to the Royal Marsen hospital.Small, clean hospital for outpatients. Nice coffee shop.

Attended this morning after being sent for a blood test by my GP. They were short staffed so there was an hour long wait, but the staff were nice and I bought a cup of tea from the cafe (cakes looked amazing in there!). If you are sent to wait for bloods, definitely take a magazine or something to do while you wait. When I was called through, the phlebotomist was really friendly. She was very chatty and put me at ease straight away. I was very happy with my visit!
