I will never order from here again. Ordered 1 bouquet of flowers from here and they sent 2 and charged me for both. I sent them the emailed receipt and they said that they could not accept this as proof of purchase and refused to refund the 2nd bouquet. They then said they would honor the receipt if they could be granted full access to my email to ensure that I did not tamper with the receipt. If you don't honor your own receipt as proof of purchase why are you issuing them. They cost me an extra 50 and hours of my life chasing them for something that was never resolved. Nice flowers, terrible, frustrating service.
