Thank you so much guys for today , helped me with everything I wanted to ask.Doctor was very friendly, I haven't wait for long as well, I was just lucky I guess :) Reception has very high customers service.
This doctors surgery time and time again have shown how unprofessional and untrained there receptionists are. When you phone for an appointment before you even finish your sentence are told no. Or emergency appointment are cancelled with out a second thought. The doctors are great just a shame the receptionist spend more time gossiping about other people then doing there actual job. And as for only appointment they can give out are on the day at 8.30 this is also a lie as when I've spoken to there manager she has even said she has told the receptionists not to say this.! My advice change gps or go iUrgent care at qe2.

Just a note of very sincere thanks for referring me to your dietician following sugar level tests. Mrs Tsioullou was so helpful and listened patiently. Her explanations and advice (without any feeling of being preached to) on how to improve things to reduce the risk of moving on to Diabetes 2 were so well put over.
