The appointments system is a disgrace.. one wonders what ones taxes are paying for and in whose interests the system is!?
Doctors always helpful, I can always get an appointment if you know how to use the system online.

Youll die waiting for an appointment or to talk to anyone that knows your medical history. Expected to call on the DOT at 12 for an appointment and because it wasnt quite 12 on the receptionists clock/watch, we were told to put the phone down and try again at 12. Needless to say, we couldnt get through and there were no appointments, when we finally did. Told to ring at 8 or 12 again. This went on for four days. FOUR! Until we asked to speak to the practice manager. Being asked to come down or keep trying at these times, when you have work and school runs is ridiculous. Hard work.
