Outstanding friendly service- popped in after a gear cable snapped leaving the shifter stuck and trying to change it myself (what should have been a simple job) had me flummoxed. They took a look at it, sorted the problem and completed the fitting for me then and there. Brilliantly quick, really friendly staff and all for a fantastically good price for their time. Definitely my go to place now for the future.
I've never been in the shop, but my bike purchase via mail order was seamless. Jon kept me informed of progress via regular emails, and I had a tracker to track the progress of the bike. Great service, thanks folks! Now I'm off out to ride :-)
Excellent service from these people. Recently someone bent the wheels of my bike, initially I took my bike to another shop and they told me that they could not fix it and that they will have to replace them. The replacement would have cost as much as the bike. The next day I took it to Kinetic Cycles and they told me that they will try to fix them and so they did. They had to replace some damaged spokes but the bike felt like new :) . The best thing is that it cost me one third of previous offer I had. Friendly people and excellent service. Highly recommended!!!!
It has been said on these reviews already but the service is second to none. I only return to the shop every 3 months or so to get my bike checked/fixed however the owner (Jon) always remembers me by name which is a nice touch. I have had experiences of bike shop workers talking down to me and making me feel a like an idiot when it comes to bikes, however the service is the complete opposite here. Keep up the good work.
